On time delivery. I do not have to expedite orders. They track their committed delivery date. If they are going to be late (very rare), they call me to discuss the situation.

Excellent quality. I cannot remember ever rejecting any assemblies. If they have any questions before they begin production, they call to clarify the details.

Excellent service. Many of our procurements do not allow adequate lead time. They have been very responsive in doing whatever is required to keep us running.
I cannot say enough about Electro-Prep. My job would be much easier if I had more suppliers like them. I highly recommend them for any cable assembly or wire harness requirement.
