Skip Sullivan, President
Electro-Prep President, Skip Sullivan, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing and business management. After college, his sales career began with direct sales (door-to-door) and progressed to becoming Director and VP of Sales for several high technology companies. He was responsible for both hardware & software, active & passive and electric & electronic products/components both domestically and in Asia & Australia.
In 1998, Skip became the owner and president of Electro-Prep and began to oversee the day-to-day operations including manufacturing, administration and sales. Since then, Electro-Prep’s number of employees has increased fivefold, revenue has increased tenfold and the manufacturing footprint has more than doubled. Through it all, Skip’s “Commitment to Quality Connections” with Electro-Prep’s products, customers, employees and vendors has remained strong.
Director of Operations
Electro-Prep’s Director of Operations has over 25 years of direct industry experience and management expertise. This individual brings increased focus to process improvement, quality systems and continuous improvement in all areas of the company. This individual also brings a level-headed, customer-centric mindset which fits right in with EPI’s long-time company culture.
Production Manager
Electro-Prep’s Production Manager has over 30 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing with over 20 years of direct industry experience in production management. This is an individual who strives for excellence in working with and understanding customers. Tight deadlines, last minute changes and hiccups along the way are no big deal for this veteran.
Engineering Manager
Another experienced veteran, the Engineering Manager has been in this direct industry for over 25 years. This manufacturing and design experience, coupled with an excellent understanding of customer’s requirements, allows this individual to act as both a design consultant on many customer projects as well as a trouble-shooter with respect to chronic issues.
Quality Manager
A tremendous addition to the Electro-Prep team with “who has been overseeing Quality for over 30 years. Long-time direct industry experience prepared this person well for the rigors of new products, risk management, root cause analysis and continually training and improving the Electro-Prep team and their processes. Dedicated and driven toward continuous improvement in multiple metrics.
Materials Manager
With over 25 years’ experience in purchasing and materials & inventory management, Electro-Prep’s Materials Manager has an impressive product and materials knowledge & expertise. This level of understanding makes it possible to find clever solutions for providing different materials options that can improve quality and save customers time and money.
HR/Office Manager
Electro-Prep’s Office Manager has over 10 years of experience in the field and consistently demonstrates strong interpersonal skills which have created lasting relationships with customers, employees, and vendors. Remember Radar in M*A*S*H? This individual seems to know both the question and answer before you even ask.
Account Management
All Electro-Prep customers are supported by the Account Management team. The lead account manager has over 15 years’ experience in customer service & account management. With a strong attention to detail, this group assures that Electro-Prep always attends to their customer’s needs and provides exceptional service.
